Groz Axes Fibreglass Handle

The Groz Fibreglass Handle Axes are designed to cut their way across wood fibers. The rugged steel heads are forged from special steel and induction-hardened 50-58 HRC. The heads are painted and have a polished cutting edge for ultimate durability. Superior blade grinding technique provides a sharper edge for clean cuts. The lightweight yet sturdy dual-injection moulded fiberglass handle with a 25% wider neck provides ultimate overstrike protection. The handle comes with a polypropylene jacket for shock and vibration absorption. The handle is secured to the head using epoxy adhesive which can withstand rough usage. The handle features a lanyard hole at the end. These fiberglass handle axes conform to ASME standards and are used to chop wood and knock out chips.
